Effective date: 2026-05-21 Last updated: 2026-06-25
Purpose
Radio Latte takes music rights concerns seriously. This policy explains how to contact us if you believe Radio Latte catalog music infringes your rights or if you have a question about a venue’s Radio Latte license.
Contact
Send rights complaints to legal@radiolatte.com.
What To Include
Please include:
- your full name and organization;
- your email address;
- the right or work you claim is affected;
- the Radio Latte track, venue, license ID, URL, date, or other detail that helps us identify the issue;
- a description of the claimed infringement or issue;
- evidence of your rights or authority to act;
- any relevant documents or screenshots.
Track-Level Technical Records
Rightsholders, rights representatives, licensing reviewers, legal advisers, and diligence reviewers may request reviewed access to track-level technical records at radiolatte.com/compliance. Approved access may allow a requester to look up a specific track and view records we can lawfully disclose, such as track identity, public creator name, creation or review status, AI-use stamps, lyrics-source stamps, prompt provenance, and prompt exclusion records where stored.
For newer tracks, prompt provenance may be an exact bake-time record. For older tracks, provenance may be reconstructed from available ticket and catalog records, or may be unavailable if no reliable record exists. We label the record state when we disclose it.
Radio Latte does not provide open public access to these records. We may require enough information to assess the requester’s role and the track involved, and we may withhold user identity details, security-sensitive information, business-sensitive implementation details, secrets, tokens, internal URLs, or material that is not relevant to the rights review.
What Radio Latte Covers
Radio Latte licenses only the Radio Latte catalog streamed through Radio Latte at the named venue under an active venue license.
Radio Latte does not license third-party music sources such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, broadcast radio, TV, DJs, live performers, karaoke, staff playlists, customer-supplied audio, or other non-Radio Latte music.
If your concern relates to music from another source, that use is outside Radio Latte.
Review Process
After receiving a complaint, we may:
- acknowledge receipt;
- request more information;
- verify whether the issue relates to Radio Latte catalog playback;
- review the relevant track provenance and publication record;
- temporarily remove or retire a track while reviewing the concern;
- contact the relevant customer if the issue relates to venue use;
- escalate to legal counsel where appropriate.
No Waiver
This policy does not waive any rights, defenses, limitations, or remedies available to Radio Latte, RBN SPC LTD, customers, or rights holders.
