Radio Latte Cookie Policy

1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how Radio Latte uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. Two surfaces are covered:
- The Venue Service website at radiolatte.com and related service pages.
- The Mobile App on iOS.
2. Mobile App — does not use cookies
The Radio Latte Mobile App is a native iOS application. It does NOT use HTTP cookies. It stores a small amount of data on your device only:
- the star wallet counters (UserDefaults);
- in-progress song drafts (UserDefaults);
- an anonymous random device identifier (iCloud Keychain).
None of these are transmitted to us automatically. Data leaves the device only when you take a specific action (claim a username, request AI structuring, submit a track report, buy stars). See the Privacy Policy section 5.2 for the full description of Mobile App on-device storage.
3. Website — current position
For the Venue Service website, our launch position is essential-only unless a consent banner and preference center are implemented.
Essential cookies and local storage may be used for:
- login and session management;
- magic-link and code verification;
- checkout and billing flow;
- security and fraud prevention;
- player operation;
- remembering necessary service state.
4. Non-Essential Cookies (website)
Radio Latte should not use analytics, advertising, marketing, retargeting, or non-essential tracking cookies on the website unless:
- the Privacy Policy and this Cookie Policy are updated;
- a consent mechanism is implemented where required;
- users can reject non-essential cookies as easily as accepting them;
- consent records are stored.

Exact names and durations must be verified before launch.
6. Managing Cookies
Users can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, or playback from working.
If non-essential cookies are added later, Radio Latte should provide an in-site cookie preferences tool.
For the Mobile App: there are no cookies to manage. You can delete the app’s on-device data by uninstalling the app. Server-side data tied to your anonymous device identifier can be removed on request (see Privacy Policy section 9).
