Radio Latte Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-21 Last updated: 2026-05-18 (v2 — adds Mobile App + Apple IAP refund routing)

This policy covers refunds and cancellations across both Radio Latte products:

  • the Venue Service subscription (sold on radiolatte.com via Stripe);
  • the Mobile App in-app star purchases (sold via the App Store, where Apple Inc. is the merchant of record).

Part 1 — Venue Service

The Venue Service is a business-to-business service for commercial venues.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

If you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Radio Latte approves a refund in writing.

Two-year / founding plans

Two-year or fixed-term plans provide access for the stated paid period.

If you cancel a two-year or fixed-term plan, cancellation stops future renewal if renewal is enabled, but does not automatically refund the current paid term unless required by law or expressly agreed by Radio Latte.

Failed payments

If payment fails, Radio Latte may suspend access and the venue license until payment is resolved.

Taxes (Venue)

VAT or other taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Tax amounts may be handled separately from service refunds depending on payment processor and tax rules.

Service problems (Venue)

If you experience a service issue, contact info@radiolatte.com. We may offer support, account credit, or a refund at our discretion, depending on the facts and applicable law.


Part 2 — Mobile App

The Mobile App is free to use. It offers consumable in-app star purchases used in the Creators flow.

Apple is the merchant of record

For in-app purchases (star packs), Apple Inc. is the merchant of record. All purchase, billing, tax, and refund handling is between you and Apple.

  • We do not charge you for in-app purchases; Apple does.
  • We do not receive your payment method, your Apple ID, your billing address, or your real name.
  • We cannot issue cash refunds for in-app purchases.

How to request a refund

Refund requests for star packs must go to Apple, not to us. You can request a refund in three ways:

  1. iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions / Media & Purchases → Purchase History → tap the purchase → “Report a Problem”.
  2. On the web: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  3. In the App Store app: tap your profile picture → “Purchased” → find the item → “Report a Problem”.

Apple decides whether to grant the refund in accordance with Apple’s policies and local consumer-protection law.

What happens to your stars after a refund

If Apple refunds a star pack to you, we will reverse the corresponding star credit on our side. If you have already spent some of those stars, your wallet balance may go negative; you will be able to use the Mobile App again to buy more star packs but the negative balance must be cleared first.

Service problems (Mobile App)

If the Mobile App malfunctions in a way that prevents you from using a star you bought (for example, the bake fails repeatedly through no fault of yours), contact info@radiolatte.com. We may at our discretion credit the affected star back to your in-app wallet without going through an Apple refund. This is a goodwill action and is not a guaranteed entitlement.


Part 3 — Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including EU consumer-protection rights for individuals resident in the European Union.
