Radio Latte Customer License FAQ
Status: customer-facing draft for lawyer review.
Am I licensed if I play Radio Latte in my venue?
Yes, if your subscription is active and you are playing the Radio Latte catalog through Radio Latte at the venue named on your license certificate.
Does Radio Latte cover all music in my business?
No. Radio Latte covers only Radio Latte catalog music streamed through Radio Latte under your active venue license.
If you play music from any other source, such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, broadcast radio, TV, DJs, live performers, karaoke, staff playlists, commercial songs, or customer-supplied audio, that music is outside Radio Latte. You may need separate permissions or licenses for those uses.
Why is this useful?
Radio Latte gives you a controlled music source with a clear venue license. You do not need to build playlists, track music rights, or guess whether the music playing from Radio Latte is covered.
What should I show an inspector or collecting society?
Show your Radio Latte venue license certificate from your dashboard. It lists your business, venue address, license ID, active license period, and covered use.
Can I use one subscription for more than one location?
No. One subscription covers one physical venue unless Radio Latte agrees otherwise in writing.
Can I download the tracks?
No. Radio Latte is streaming-only. Your license does not include downloads, copies, files, stems, playlists, or permanent track access.
Can I use Radio Latte music in social videos or advertisements?
No. The standard venue license covers in-venue background playback only. Videos, ads, livestreams, podcasts, apps, games, and social media need a separate written license.
What happens if my subscription stops?
Your Radio Latte venue license stops when your subscription ends, is cancelled, is suspended, or becomes unpaid. You must stop playing Radio Latte in the venue and stop displaying the certificate as active.
